- All athletes 10-12 will be enrolled in 2-day Advanced Strength Training PE class during each semester
- All athletes have the option to choose 4-day Advanced Strength Training PE (contact Coach Lundt)
- Athletes can choose Early Bird Advanced Strength PE
- 6:30-7:20am
- Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

- 6:45-7:30am at the High School Weightroom
- 2nd Semester
- All Freshman are enrolled in Strength Training PE Class
- Middle School (7th and 8th graders)
- Tuesday & Thursday mornings
- 6:45-7:30am at the Middle School Weightroom
- Scheduled off-weeks
